Palisades Center
West Nyack, New York
Palisades Center in West Nyack opened in March 1998 and, as of December 2022, ranked as the twelfth-largest mall in the country by leasable space. Built in an industrial architectural style by Pyramid Management Group, it sits near the junction of the New York State Thruway and the Palisades Interstate Parkway, a short drive from the Tappan Zee Bridge. The mall has generated tens of millions in annual tax revenue and changed hands in February 2026, when marketing firm Black Diamond Management bought it at auction for $175 million.
