Fashion Outlets of Las Vegas

Prizm Outlets, previously known as Fashion Outlets of Las Vegas, is an outlet center of 371,000 square feet in Primm, Nevada just off Interstate 15 at the California border, connected to the Primm Valley Resort. It opened on July 16, 1998 with about 100 retailers, but tenant numbers and sales fell through the 2010s amid competition from Las Vegas Premium Outlets and online shopping. The rebranded outlet center, now owned by Rialto Capital Management, had dwindled to just one operating store by July 2025.
