Moreno Valley Mall
Moreno Valley, California
Moreno Valley Mall at Towngate opened in 1992 on land where the Riverside International Raceway once stood, launching with Sears, J.C. Penney, and May Company California among 140 specialty stores. After Sears closed in 2020, its space has since been repurposed: Sky Zone opened a trampoline park on the upper level in 2026, while Lighthouse Immersive Studios signed a lease to build an interactive museum and art space on the lower level.
