Oakdale Commons, formerly Oakdale Mall, opened in 1975 in Johnson City, New York, and now spans roughly 963,000 square feet anchored by JCPenney, Dick's Sporting Goods, and BJ's Wholesale Club. Former Macy's and Sears spaces became Dick's House of Sport and a Beer Tree restaurant with a fitness center, while a new BJ's replaced the demolished Bon-Ton building in 2024. A $117 million redevelopment plan underway through 2026 adds apartments, medical offices, and new retail.
