Beltway Plaza Mall

Beltway Plaza Mall in Greenbelt, Maryland traces back to an October 1963 opening built around a standalone S. Klein department store and an A&P supermarket. A small indoor mall was carved out between 1972 and 1973, and after S. Klein closed in 1975 a major renovation reconfigured the space and added an 8-screen cinema. The center now holds 115 stores and restaurants anchored by Giant, Burlington Coat Factory, Marshalls, JoAnn Fabrics, Target, and TJ Maxx, which arrived in 2014.
