Apple Blossom Mall
Winchester, Virginia
Apple Blossom Mall has served the south side of Winchester, Virginia since 1982, covering 473,672 square feet and houses 83 stores, including anchors Belk, AMC Classic, and JCPenney. Simon Property Group acquired the mall in 1999 and still manages and partially owns it today. A planned lifestyle-center expansion announced in 2007 never came to fruition, though a 2012 renovation brought new flooring, lighting, and a children's play area, and the mall briefly closed in spring 2020 due to COVID-19.
