Originally called Searstown Mall when it opened in 1967, The Mall at Whitney Field sits off Route 2 near Interstate 190 in Leominster, Massachusetts, and took its current name after a 2004 renovation. Burlington and JCPenney anchor the property today, with one former anchor space standing vacant since Sears departed. Hull Property Group has owned the mall since January 2020, following prior stints under Walton Street Capital and Vintage Real Estate.
