Haute City Center
Terre Haute, Indiana
Haute City Center in Terre Haute opened in 1968 as Honey Creek Square, expanding in the 1970s and 1980s before adopting the Honey Creek Mall name during a 1992 renovation. JCPenney remains the mall's lone traditional anchor after Macy's and Sears both closed in 2018, though Vendors Village filled the former Carson's space that same year. Owned by Lionheart Capital subsidiary Out of the Box Ventures since 2019, the center was rebranded Haute City Center in December 2019.
