Burlington Gallery, known for decades as Cascade Mall, opened in November 1989 in Burlington, Washington and originally featured an interior walkway alongside anchors that once included two Macy's locations, Sears, and JCPenney — all now vacant. Merlone Geier Partners bought the property from Macerich in January 2017, and the center closed entirely on June 30, 2020 during Washington's COVID-19 shutdown, with only essential and perimeter-facing stores permitted to stay open. By 2024 it had been rebranded under its current name, retaining AMC Theatres and TJ Maxx as anchors.
