Redmond Town Center

Redmond Town Center replaced a defunct municipal golf course in downtown Redmond, Washington, when it opened in 1997 along State Route 520. The open-air, mixed-use property combines more than 110 shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues with office space and lodging. Fairbourne Properties now owns and manages the retail side after a series of ownership changes, while Microsoft and AT&T occupy the adjoining office component.
