Fashion Outlets of Chicago opened in Rosemont, Illinois, on August 1, 2013, just east of O'Hare International Airport and next to the Rosemont Theatre. Developed by Macerich with AWE Talisman, the 530,000-square-foot center distinguishes itself from typical outlet malls with more than 140 stores, including Bloomingdale's Outlet, Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, Nordstrom Rack, Gucci, and Giorgio Armani. Marketed as a layover destination for airport travelers, it had drawn 57.6 million visitors by 2018.
