Marketplace Mall

Marketplace Mall opened in 1984 along NC 150 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with Dollar Tree and Hamrick's, the latter added in 1995, serving as its main anchors. A 2003 renovation followed a period of heavy tenant losses and brought in new retailers, including a furniture store called Dynasty. That space later cycled through a Steve & Barry's clothing store before becoming a Veterans Affairs clinic in 2010.
