Summit Mall
Fairlawn, Ohio
Built by the DeBartolo Corporation and opened October 28, 1965, Summit Mall spans 850,000 square feet on a single level along West Market Street in Fairlawn, near Akron. Following the closures of Chapel Hill Mall and Rolling Acres Mall, it stands as Summit County's last operating mall. Simon Property Group now owns the property, which holds 104 occupied stores, a food court, and anchors Macy's and two Dillard's locations.
