Known locally as the U-Mall for its proximity to the University of Vermont, this enclosed center in South Burlington covers 610,693 square feet, making it Vermont's largest shopping mall. It became the only enclosed mall left in the state after CityPlace Burlington closed in 2022. JCPenney, Kohl's, and Target anchor the property, which also includes an H&M, 77 total shops, two sit-down restaurants, and a food court, opened in 1979.
