Dillard's and Belk anchor roughly 70 in-line stores across more than 643,000 square feet, with tenants like Torrid, Build-A-Bear Workshop, American Eagle/Aerie, and Chico's giving Huntsville shoppers options unique to the local market. It remains the city's only indoor mall, offering over 2,800 free parking spaces and food court seating for 400, under ownership of CBL & Associates Properties.
