Roseville, Minnesota's Har Mar Mall opened in 1963 and has expanded multiple times since, giving it over 430,000 square feet of retail space today. Its 45 tenants include Famous Footwear, Michaels, Barnes & Noble, Cub Foods, and a Chase Bank branch rather than traditional department store anchors. Built originally by Robert W. Fendler of Fendler Patterson, it remains one of two enclosed malls in Roseville alongside Rosedale Center, now owned by the Vanbarton Group.
