Lloyd Center
Portland, Oregon
Portland's Lloyd Center opened in 1960 just northeast of downtown and spans three levels, with the top floor now largely occupied by offices and Carrington College. An ice skating rink has become the property's signature draw after Macy's, Marshalls, Nordstrom, and Sears all vacated, leaving Barnes & Noble as a remaining junior anchor. The center, which includes 8,000 parking spaces, is set to close on August 8, 2026.
