Mesilla Valley Mall

Mesilla Valley Mall opened July 29, 1981 in Las Cruces, New Mexico, developed by Paul Broadhead across more than 77 acres, and remains the only regional mall serving southern New Mexico and parts of West Texas. Its roughly 602,000 square feet house 85 stores under Namdar Realty Group management. After Sears vacated in December 2019 and Conn's Home Plus closed its location in late 2024, Household Furniture moved into the former Sears anchor space in 2026.
