Utica Square
Tulsa, Oklahoma
Tulsa's Utica Square opened in May 1952 as the city's first suburban shopping center and has been owned by energy company Helmerich & Payne since 1964. Saks Fifth Avenue has anchored the outdoor center since 1986, joined by shops including Anthropologie, Coach, Williams Sonoma, and Restoration Hardware. Saks announced its closure in February 2026 as part of a wider round of store shutdowns, and the center has also drawn attention as a recurring setting in P.C. and Kristin Cast's House of Night novels.
