Windward Mall

Windward Mall in Kaneohe, Hawaii covers 530,000 square feet on land owned by Kamehameha Schools and is currently anchored by Target, Ross Dress for Less, Planet Fitness, and Regal Cinemas. A $23 million renovation modernized the interior in 2006, and Target replaced a long-vacant Sears space in 2022, while Planet Fitness opened on the razed Macy's site in late 2025. The mall regularly hosts community events, including a longtime farmers market and, since 2024, the finals of Hawaii's statewide club volleyball championship.
