Markland Mall

Opened in 1967 and built by Melvin Simon & Associates, Markland Mall in Kokomo, Indiana has cycled through several anchor identities over the decades. Target and Dunham's Sports now anchor the enclosed center, joined by Books-A-Million, PetSmart, Five Below, Ross Dress for Less, Aldi, and a Gravity Trampoline Park. A former Sears was torn down in 2017 to make way for a strip of big-box retailers, and JLL currently manages the property.
