Plaza West Covina opened in 1975 and is now owned by Starwood Capital Group, which acquired the property from Westfield Group in 2013 while Westfield retained a 10% equity stake. Macy's, JCPenney, Nordstrom Rack, Best Buy, and EōS Fitness anchor the regional mall, though spaces once held by Sears and Forever 21 sit vacant. Pacific Retail Capital Partners currently manages the center, which briefly carried the Westfield Shoppingtown name before dropping it in 2005.
