The SoNo Collection

The SoNo Collection brought an upscale retail destination to the South Norwalk neighborhood when it opened on October 11, 2019, becoming Fairfield County's fourth mall. It holds the only Nordstrom in southern Connecticut and the state's only Bloomingdale's, complemented by interactive art installations and gathering spaces introduced through a phased rollout. Originally run by GGP under Brookfield Properties, leasing and management passed to Dallas-based Centennial as of June 2026.
