Tarentum's Galleria at Pittsburgh Mills opened in 2005 along PA Route 28 northeast of Pittsburgh, spanning more than 900,000 square feet on 200 acres. It stands apart as the one Mills-branded property that Simon Property Group never absorbed into its 2007 acquisition of The Mills Corporation. As of 2026, heavy vacancy has reduced the property to roughly 20 operating stores, and current owner Namdar Realty Group has floated a possible sale rather than any redevelopment.
