CoolSprings Galleria opened in 1991 along the Cool Springs corridor between Franklin and Brentwood, about 15 miles south of Nashville, and holds roughly 150 stores. Belk, Dillard's, JCPenney, and Macy's anchor the enclosed super-regional center, joined by tenants like American Girl, The Cheesecake Factory, H&M, Primark, and Ulta Beauty. CBL Properties has owned the mall since it opened and also developed the adjacent CoolSprings Crossing power center.
