Grapevine Mills opened on Halloween in 1997 near Grapevine Lake, just two miles from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Built by Mills Corporation and run by Simon Property Group since 2012, the single-level, nearly 1.8-million-square-foot complex ranks as the second-largest mall in Tarrant County. True to its Mills-brand roots, it mixes off-price retailers with restaurants and entertainment attractions rather than traditional department-store anchors.
