The Outlet Collection at Riverwalk stretches along the Mississippi River in New Orleans's Central Business District, connected to the Hilton New Orleans Riverside hotel. It opened August 29, 1986 as the Rouse Company's Riverwalk Marketplace festival mall, survived a 1996 barge collision and severe damage from Hurricane Katrina in 2005, and was converted into an outlet center by the Howard Hughes Corporation, reopening under its current name on May 22, 2014. RockStep Capital has owned the property since 2022.
