Las Vegas North Premium Outlets

Las Vegas Premium Outlets North opened August 1, 2003, on 40 acres north of the Strip in downtown Las Vegas, developed jointly by Simon Property Group and Chelsea Property Group. The 685,000-square-foot outdoor center expanded further in 2008 and 2015, adding retailers and parking. It took the North designation in 2011 after Belz Factory Outlet World, an earlier rival that Chelsea had since acquired, was rebranded Las Vegas Premium Outlets South.
