Midland Mall opened October 9, 1991, in Midland, Michigan, originally anchored by Target, Sears, JCPenney, and Elder-Beerman. More than 50 stores operate there now, with Barnes & Noble, Hobby Lobby, Ross Dress for Less, and Target serving as current anchors, while a former Sears space has become a non-retail MyMichigan Health facility. Ownership has changed hands several times since developers Jacobs Group and Frankel Associates built it, passing through CBL Properties and Kohan Retail Investment Group before Jordan Dice took over in 2023.
