Bay City Town Center
Bay City, Michigan

Bay City Town Center, once known as Bay City Mall, opened in 1991 just outside Bay City, Michigan with original anchors Target, Sears, and Prange's, the latter converting to Younkers within a year. Sears and Target both closed in 2014, with the Sears space later split between Ollie's Bargain Outlet and a furniture store that eventually became Dunham's Sports. Renamed in 2018, the enclosed mall is now anchored by Dunham's Sports, Hobby Lobby, Marshalls, Ollie's Bargain Outlet, PetSmart, and Planet Fitness, plus a ten-screen movie theater.
