Racine, Wisconsin's enclosed mall, now called Pritchard Park Mall after operating for decades as Regency Mall, opened in 1981 near the junction of state highways 31 and 11. Its roughly 872,000 square feet hold 110 retail spaces and six anchors, among them Dunham's Sports, Bob's Discount Furniture, Planet Fitness, and Ross Dress for Less. A 2024-2025 renovation shrank the property's footprint, demolishing the old Boston Store space to make way for a Woodman's grocery store that opened in August 2025.
