The Avenue

Formerly called Grand Avenue Mall, The Avenue is an urban retail complex stretching across three blocks in Milwaukee's Westown neighborhood and is presently undergoing renovation. T.J. Maxx and GRAEF-USA Incorporated anchor the property, while spaces once held by Old Navy, OfficeMax, and Linens 'n Things sit empty. It remains the city's sole surviving indoor shopping destination since Capitol Court and Northridge Mall shut down in 2000 and 2003.
