Brickell City Centre

Brickell City Centre is a mixed-use complex in Miami's Brickell district combining two residential towers, two office buildings, a hotel, and a five-story indoor-outdoor shopping and lifestyle center spanning nine acres. First proposed during the 2000s real estate boom and shelved after the Great Recession, the roughly $1.05 billion project was revived in 2012 and completed in 2016, with retail openings phased in starting that November. Simon Malls operates the retail portion, which had reached nearly full occupancy by the mid-2020s.
